Disney Skyliner Hours

The hours of Disney’s Skyliner will vary depending on the park hours for Disney’s Hollywood Studios and Epcot. Generally, they will begin 60-90 minutes before park opening and end 60-90 minutes after park closing. Remember, as a guest at Disney hotels, you are entitled to enter the theme parks 30 minutes before they officially open.

Disney’s Riviera Resort

Our first stop is Disney’s Riviera Resort which is a Deluxe Villa Resort and the only deluxe resort on the Skyliner line.

As you enter the resort grounds, you don’t want to miss these beautiful mosaic murals featuring whimsical Disney scenes from Tangled and Peter Pan. They are absolutely breathtaking in person.

There are two pools at Riviera Resort. On is a family-friendly pool area with a water slide and a second pool that offers more relaxation.

Plus, this hotel has an interactive water play area for kids that features Fantasia characters.

Caribbean Beach Resort

Right across the water from the Riviera Resort is Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort. This moderate resort incorporates two-story buildings with vibrant colors that represent 5 different Caribbean islands: Barbados, Jamaica, Martinique, Trinidad and Aruba. When I stayed here a few years ago, my favorite area was Jamaica for ease of catching the Disney shuttles.

This resort offers great views of the Disney Skyliner gondolas right from your room!

The pool area features a zero-entry pool, two waterslides, water cannons, and a relaxing spa. Plus there is a shipwreck play area that includes 3 small slides and other water features.

At Caribbean Beach Resort, there are a few playgrounds scattered around, that my boys loved when we stayed here.

Our last Skyliner hotel tour will be at Disney’s Art of Animation Resort which is one of Disney’s value resorts and is pretty affordable, especially if you have a larger family.

Art of Animation Pools

The Big Blue Pool is inspired by the Disney and Pixar movie Finding Nemo and is the largest pool in Walt Disney World and also includes an interactive water play area for little ones.

This resort also has the Cozy Cone pool, near the Cars suites, and the Flippin’ Fins Pool near the Little Mermaid rooms.
