What is Roundup Rodeo BBQ?

Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a full-service restaurant which opened in March of 2023, and it’s located in Toy Story Land. It serves up all your favorite BBQ-style dishes, like brisket, chicken, mac & cheese, and biscuits – plus some more unique offerings like fried pickles.

The great thing about this Disney table-service restaurant is the amazing Toy Story-theming. You can enjoy your meal in a lively atmosphere featuring lots of hand-drawn cartoons from the movie.

Reservations are definitely recommended if you plan to dine here. When we visited, there were many families turned away trying to join the wait-list because there was no room.

Where is Roundup Rodeo BBQ?

Roundup Rodeo BBQ is located just pass the giant statue of Woody as you enter Toy Story Land, which can be found in the back of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. It’s a great spot to grab lunch or dinner while exploring this part of the park.

How Much Does Roundup Rodeo BBQ Cost?

Lunch at dinner at Roundup Rodeo BBQ is served family style and will cost $45 for adults and $25 for children (ages 3-9) plus tax and gratuity.

Roundup Rodeo BBQ Menu Review & Experience

At 60 days before our trip, my travel agent Get Away Today made reservations for my family at Roundup Rodeo BBQ. This service is free when you book with them, which I highly recommend.

Our reservation time was 6:00 pm, and we arrived at 5:50 pm. I was informed that they were running behind. Our name was called at 6:15 pm.

We were led to our table right below Bo Peep. The restaurant is adorable! As soon as we sat down, there was an announcement that Andy was coming and everyone needed to freeze. It was so cute.

We ordered our drinks, and were immediately served our salads. The salads were actually really good.

We chose the meat entree for our family and were also able to choose four sides to share. The sides we chose were The Married Spuds (loaded potato barrels, Force Field Fried Pickles, Slinky Doooooooooog’s Mac & Cheese (topped with crushed goldfish crackers), and Cowpoke Corn on the Cob (Mexican Street Corn).

The house-smoked items were very delicious, especially Buttercup’s Beef Brisket. My husband also ordered salmon, which is in small print on the menu and he said it was the best salmon he has ever had!

For dessert, we ordered Bo’s Lemon and Blueberry Cheesecake, Goat’s Apple Pie, and Cupcake à la Forky. All of them were delicious.

We loved our experience at Roundup Rodeo BBQ and will definitely eat hear again. The price tag is a little high, but it’s nice that drinks and dessert are included.

Overall, Roundup Rodeo BBQ is a great place to eat for families. They have many allergy friendly options and an entertaining atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. I highly recommend it if you are ever in the area!
