I have to admit, that I am really excited about all of the recipes that Disney has been sharing with their fans! It is really making this time a little more bearable.
This Toy Story Land Grilled Cheese Sandwich is one of the newest, and most delicious so far.

At Woody’s Lunch Box, you can order this sandwich with a side of tater tots when you visit Toy Story Land inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
This sandwich is full of cheesy goodness and would also be delicious served along side a big bowl of tomato soup.
If you like this recipe, you’ll also want to try Woody’s Lunchbox “Totchos” or loaded tater tots. It is pure comfort food!

Where is Woody’s Lunchbox?
If you are at Disney World, you can find this delicious grilled cheese sandwich at Woody’s Lunchbox in Toy Story Land. Toy Story Land is located inside of Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

Once you enter Toy Story Land, Woody’s Lunchbox will be next to Toy Story Midway Mania! and across from Slinky Dog Dash.

On the menu, this grilled cheese sandwich is available for $8.99 and is described as:
Grilled Three-Cheese Sandwich
Melted Provalone, Cheddar, and American on Grilled Sourdough Bread

Woody’s Lunchbox Grilled Cheese
This recipe has three parts to it. The cheese spread, the mayonnaise spread, and the sandwich assembly.
It’s a pretty simple recipe, but when the flavors melt together, the result is amazing.

Ingredients
*Ingredient amounts are located in the recipe card at the end of this post.
Cream Cheese Spread
Softened Cream Cheese- This gives the sandwich filling it’s creamy texture.
Shredded Cheddar Cheese– I like the flavor of sharp cheddar cheese, but feel free to use medium or mild cheddar cheese, if desired.
Heavy Cream– Also helps give the cheese spread a creamy texture.
Salt– Seasoning for flavor.

Garlic Spread
Mayonnaise– Use real mayo that has been kept at room temperature to get it to mix easier and to remove any clumps that may have formed in the jar.
Minced Garlic– Seasoning for flavor.
Salt– Seasoning for flavor.

Sandwich Ingredients
Artisan Bread or Sourdough Bread – You’ll need 2 slices of bread per sandwich.
Cheddar Cheese– I like the flavor of sharp cheese, but medium or mild cheddar cheese can be used.
Provolone Cheese– Also a classic grilled cheese choice and melts very well in this sandwich.

Toy Story Land Grilled Cheese Sandwich Assembly
[1] Begin by spreading one side of each slice of bread with the mayonnaise spread.

[2] To layer the sandwich, place four pieces of bread, mayonnaise side down, on a preheated electric griddle (medium heat).

[3] Place two slices of provolone cheese on the bread.

[4] Use a knife or spatula to spread the cream cheese mixture over the provolone.

[5] Top with two slices of cheddar cheese. (I used shredded cheddar cheese)

[6] Place another slice of bread on top of the cheddar, mayonnaise side up.

[7] When the bottom slice of bread is golden brown, carefully flip the sandwich over and continue grilling the other side.

It's confusing, but the recipe has been given reviews (stars) by 46 people, not necessarily 46 comments. Hope that helps!

This tasted amazing. My only question is on the Disney menu they say it has American. The released the recipe on their blog and it is identical to this, but why on the menu does it say American? I wonder if instead of the shredded cheddar, they add American and the cheddar is only in the spread?

I know this is exactly what disney published, so this isn't your fault, but since apparently no one tried it before disney closed the comments (or they didn't post the negative comments), I'm posting this here:
I made this exactly as listed, even though I thought it sounded insane, and sure enough, it is. Have you actually tried this? The flavors together have potential but there is no way these are the correct measurements. A whole tablespoon of cream cheese on each sandwich? And how do you even get 1/4 cup of mayo on each sandwich!? These were an absolute monstrosity when made as written. Again, I know you didn't write it, I'm just shocked that I don't see anyone else posting about this so I had to ask if you had tried it. It doesn't even match the ingredients list on disney's website.
