Eggs: You’ll need 4 eggs to make these cupcakes which is usually one more egg than is called for on the back of the box. This will increase the richness of the cake.

Milk: You’ll also need 1 cup of milk, which will help give the cupcakes a moist texture.

Melted Butter: Melted butter adds flavor and richness to the cupcakes over using vegetable oil.

Marshmallow Creme: For the inside of the cupcakes, you’ll need a 7-ounce jar of marshmallow fluff.

Milk chocolate bars: To finish off the cupcakes, you’ll need a Hershey’s milk chocolate bar.

Graham Cracker Frosting Ingredients

Butter: You’ll need 1 cup of softened butter for this frosting. Use salted or unsalted butter.

Powdered Sugar: To sweeten the frosting, you’ll need 4 cups of powdered sugar.

Graham Crackers: For a classic graham cracker flavor, you’ll need 3 sheets of crushed graham crackers. I crush mine in a food processor.

Vanilla Extract: Add 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract for additional flavor. Pure vanilla or imitation vanilla extract may be used.

Heavy Cream: Finally, you’ll need 2-3 tablespoons of heavy cream to help thin out the frosting and give it a creamy

How to Make S’mores Cupcakes

[1] Beat the eggs in the bowl of a stand mixer with a whisk attachment or in a mixing bowl with an electric mixer at medium speed. Add the cake mix, milk, and melted butter. Beat for 2 minutes.

[2] Line a cupcake pan with paper liners and use a 1 tablespoon cookie scoop to scoop 3 tablespoons of cupcake batter in each paper cup.

[3] Bake the cupcakes at 325 degrees for 14-15 minutes, until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.

[5] Once cool, use a sharp knife, or cupcake corer to remove the center of the cupcakes. Put the marshmallow cream in a large piping bag or ziplock bag and pipe it into the center of the cupcakes.

[1] Beat the butter in a stand mixer. Mix in the vanilla then add the powdered sugar 1 cup at a time, mixing in between.

[2] Crush the graham crackers with a rolling pin or in a food processor. Combine graham cracker crumbs to the frosting and mix.
