  • Fudge Stripe Cookies: The most popular brand of store-bought Fudge Striped Cookies are Keebler brand, but many stores have a generic brand as well. Either option will work as the base of the hat. You can also use OREO cookies, especially fudge covered OREOS, or another type of chocolate cookie.
  • Hershey's Kisses: Unwrap 28 Hershey's milk chocolate Kisses. These will act as the top of the hat and can be found on the candy aisle at your grocery store.
  • Frosting: If desired, you can pipe purple, green, or orange icing to give this fun Halloween cookie a witchy look.

How To Make Halloween Witch Cookies

[Step 1] Flip all of the fudge striped cookies over and place cookies stripe-side down on parchment paper, wax paper, or a baking sheet.

[Step 2] Warm a pan over medium heat. Once the pan is warm, touch the bottom of the Hershey Kiss to the pan long enough for the chocolate to melt.
