Ingredients

28 Fudge Striped Cookies
28 Hershey's Kisses unwrapped
Purple or Green Frosting if desired.

Instructions

Flip all of the fudge striped cookies over and place cookies stripe-side down on parchment paper, wax paper, or a baking sheet.
Warm a pan over medium heat. Once the pan is warm, touch the bottom of the Hershey Kiss to the pan long enough for the chocolate to melt.
Immediately place the Kiss, melted chocolate side down, on the center of each cookie over the hole in the middle. Repeat with the rest of the cookies.
If desired, pipe a line around the Hershey Kiss on the witch hats to add more detail to the cookies. That's it!
