Easy Mickey Mouse Cinnamon Rolls
I love making homemade cinnamon rolls, but sometimes I just don’t have the time or energy to make and knead dough, let it rise, make the cinnamon rolls, let them rise again, and bake. You get the idea. With this easy version, all of that work is gone, leaving you with plenty of time to enjoy the taste of warm, flaky, homemade cinnamon rolls, and time to do other things with your day!
You’ll also want to make sure you add the cream cheese glaze over the top of the cinnamon rolls. The combination of the two is absolute heaven! If you want more easy Mickey-shaped treats, try my Easy Mickey Pretzels and Easy Mickey Beignets. Both recipes use refrigerated pizza dough and taste just like the treats found in Disney parks!

Mickey Cinnamon Roll Ingredients
*Ingredient amounts are located in the recipe card at the end of this post.
- Premade Crescent Roll Dough: This makes the base of the cinnamon rolls quick and easy to assemble. You can also use puff pastry dough if you prefer a flakier texture.
- Butter: Adds richness and helps the cinnamon sugar stick to the dough. You can substitute with margarine if needed.
- Brown Sugar: Provides a deeper, caramel-like sweetness. You can swap it with white sugar if you prefer, though it won’t have the same depth of flavor.
- Cinnamon: The key spice that gives these rolls their classic cinnamon roll flavor. No substitutes needed here – it’s essential for the taste!
- Cream Cheese: Used to create a creamy frosting for the rolls. You can use a dairy-free cream cheese alternative if you need a dairy-free version.
- Powdered Sugar: Sweetens the cream cheese frosting and gives it a smooth texture. If you don’t have powdered sugar, you can use regular granulated sugar, but the texture might be a bit grittier.
- Milk: To thin out the frosting and make it smooth and pourable. You can substitute with almond milk or oat milk for a dairy-free option.
