Ingredients Needed:

You will need refrigerated crescent roll dough, softened butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon plus cream cheese, powdered sugar and milk for the icing.

Step one:

Sprinkle a little flour over your work space. Open both cans of refrigerated crescent roll dough and roll out on the floured surface.

Step two:

Spread half of the softened butter over each rectangle of dough followed by half of the brown sugar. over Top each of the crescent dough rectangles with 1 teaspoon of cinnamon each.

Step Three:

Cut each rectangle in to eight strips, using a pizza cutter. Roll up two strips for the Mickey and one strip for each of Mickey's ears.

Step Four:

Place the Mickey head and ear cinnamon rolls baking sheet and pinch the dough together to form a Mickey Mouse. Bake the cinnamon rolls at 375 degrees for 18-20 minutes.

Step Five:

Cream Cheese Glaze: Beat the cream cheese and add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth. Add milk if you want a thinner consistency.
