How to Store Leftovers

To store leftover baked potato soup, let it cool to room temperature before transferring it to an airtight container. It can be kept in the fridge for up to 3-4 days.

When you’re ready to enjoy it again, simply reheat on the stovetop over low to medium heat, stirring occasionally to prevent it from sticking. If the soup has thickened too much, just add a little extra broth or milk to get it back to your desired consistency.

You can also reheat it in the microwave, just be sure to stir every 30 seconds to keep it smooth and creamy!
