How to Store and Reheat Leftover Sliders

To store leftover Pepperoni Pizza Sliders, place them in an airtight container and refrigerate for up to 3 days. For best results, reheat them in the oven or air fryer at 350°F for about 10 minutes until warm and crispy.

If you’re in a hurry, pop them in the microwave for 30–45 seconds, but the oven will keep the buns from getting soggy. For extra freshness, serve with a little extra warm pizza sauce on the side for dipping!

Tips for Making Perfect Sliders

  • Toast the Bottom Buns First – Lightly toasting the bottom half of the rolls before assembling helps prevent sogginess from the pizza sauce.
  • Use Pre-Sliced Mozzarella – It melts evenly and makes assembly super quick and easy.
  • Layer the Pepperoni for Extra Flavor – Stack a few slices per slider to get that perfect pepperoni bite in every bite.
  • Brush the Tops with Garlic Butter – This adds a rich, buttery, garlicky flavor that takes these sliders to the next level.
  • Add Extra Cheese on Top – A sprinkle of shredded mozzarella or parmesan before baking gives a deliciously cheesy crust.
  • Customize with Your Favorite Toppings – Try adding cooked sausage, sliced olives, or mushrooms for a fun twist!
  • Bake Covered First, Then Uncover – Cover with foil for the first 10 minutes to melt the cheese evenly, then uncover to let the tops turn golden and crispy.
  • Serve with Extra Sauce for Dipping – Because more pizza sauce is always a good idea! 🍕🔥
