Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian Rolls
  • ½ Jar Pizza Sauce
  • 12 Slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • ¼ Teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
  • 5-6 Ounces Pepperoni Slices
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • ½ Teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Cut the rolls in half length-wise and place the bottom half in a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed lightly with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place 6 slices of mozzarella over the bottom layer of rolls.
  • Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the cheese and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
  • Add a layer of pepperoni, then top with the remaining 6 slices of cheese.
  • Place the roll tops on top of the mozzarella. Mix the garlic powder with the melted butter and brush over the rolls. Sprinkle the top with the parmesan cheese.
  • Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake uncovered for an additional 5 minutes. Remove and cut into individual sandwiches.
