But I want to share this Sour Cream Banana Bread recipe as well, because it is absolutely amazing! 

 

This recipe is perfectly moist and pretty much melts in your mouth with every bite.

Ingredients

 

  • 6 Tablespoons Butter, softened
  • 1 1/2 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3 Ripe Bananas, mashed
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 1/4 Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 Teaspoon Salt
  • 1 1/2 Teaspoons Baking Soda
  • 1/2 Cup Sugar, to coat pan

How to Make Sour Cream Banana Bread
