Fry Dipping Sauce has been a staple in my life growing up in Utah. I’ve heard legends that it was first created here in Utah at a burger place called Arctic Circle.

Pretty much every burger joint in Utah has had their own version of Fry Sauce for as long as I can remember. My favorite version has always been served at Hires Big H in Salt Lake City.

That has always been my favorite and has been the recipe that I have tried to replicate here. To me, the secret is the dill pickle juice that makes it tangy and amazing and taste just like Hire’s Fry Sauce!
