How To Make No Bake Oreo Cheesecake Balls
[Step 1] Add the Oreo Cookies to a food processor or blender and crush until they become fine crumbs. You can also place the cookies in a bag and smash with a rolling pin.

[Step 2] Place the room temperature cream cheese into the food processor with the Oreo cookie crumbs and blend until fully combined and the mixture resembles a ball of dough. You could also mix the crumbs with the cream cheese in a mixing bowl with a hand mixer.

[Step 3] Use a 1-tablespoon cookie scoop to measure the Oreo mixture and roll into 1-inch balls. Place the balls on a parchment lined baking sheet and then place in the freezer for 30-60 minutes.

[Step 4] Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl by microwaving at 50% power for 60 seconds. Remove and stir. Continue to heat the chocolate in the microwave at 50% power in 30 second intervals until all of the chocolate is melted.

[Step 5] Place an OREO ball on a fork and dip in the melted chocolate until completely covered then tap a few times to remove excess chocolate. Place the ball back on the parchment paper, or on a sheet of wax paper, and let the chocolate harden. Dip half of the OREO balls in the chocolate.

[Step 6] Repeat the process with the melted white chocolate by dipping the second half of the OREO balls.

[Step 7] Add the remaining chocolate to ziplock bags, one for the chocolate and one for the white chocolate. Snip off the corner of the ziplock bag and drizzle the OREO balls with the remaining chocolate for decoration.
