Mini Apple Fritter Ingredients

*Ingredient amounts are located in the recipe card at the end of this post.

  • All-Purpose Flour: The base for the batter, giving the fritters their perfect fluffy texture.
  • Baking Powder: Helps the fritters puff up and become light and airy as they cook.
  • Salt: Balances the sweetness and enhances all the flavors in the batter.
  • Sugar: Adds just the right amount of sweetness to the fritters.
  • Cinnamon: Brings a warm, cozy spice that pairs perfectly with the apples.
  • Eggs: Bind the batter together and add structure for a fluffy texture.
  • Milk: Keeps the batter smooth and creamy while adding moisture.
  • Chopped Apples: The star ingredient! Fresh, juicy apples add bursts of sweetness and flavor to every bite.

For the Glaze:

  • Powdered Sugar: Creates a smooth, sweet glaze to coat the fritters.
  • Vanilla Extract: Adds a hint of warm, aromatic flavor to the glaze.
  • Milk: Thins out the glaze to the perfect drizzling consistency.

How to Store Mini Apple Fritters

To keep your mini apple fritters fresh, store them in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 2 days. If you want them to last a bit longer, pop them in the fridge for up to 4 days.

To bring back that crispy texture, reheat them in the oven or air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes. Just avoid the microwave, as it can make them soft and soggy!
