How to Make Bacon Egg & Cheese Biscuit Breakfast Casserole
[Step 1] Remove the biscuits from the packaging and cut each biscuit into four pieces. Set aside.
[Step 2] In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
[Step 3] Add the biscuits to the bowl and stir to coat. Add one cup of cheese and one cup of the bacon crumbles and stir again.
[Step 4] Add the mixture to a 9×13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the center is set. Remove and top with the remaining cheese and bacon crumbles. Return to the oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted.
