1 ½CupsCrumbled Bacon or 8 Slices Baconcooked & crumbled

Instructions
Remove the biscuits from the packaging and cut each biscuit into four pieces. Set aside.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
Add the biscuits to the bowl and stir to coat. Add one cup of cheese and one cup of the bacon crumbles and stir again.
Add the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the center is set. Remove and top with the remaining cheese and bacon crumbles. Return to the oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted.
