Ingredients

  • 1 Can 16 Ounces Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 6 Large Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Milk
  • 1 ½ Cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 ½ Cups Crumbled Bacon or 8 Slices Bacon cooked & crumbled
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Remove the biscuits from the packaging and cut each biscuit into four pieces. Set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Add the biscuits to the bowl and stir to coat. Add one cup of cheese and one cup of the bacon crumbles and stir again.
  • Add the mixture to a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes until the center is set. Remove and top with the remaining cheese and bacon crumbles. Return to the oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese has melted.
