  • 6 Tablespoons Butter, divided
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream 
  • 8 Ounces Cream Cheese, softened 
  • 1 Tablespoon Salt
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Paprika 
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Chives, chopped
