White Chocolate Frosting

Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese
  • 4 Cups Powdered Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 4 Tablespoons White Chocolate Instant Pudding
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Heavy Cream or Milk

Instructions

  • Beat butter and softened cream cheese in a stand mixer at medium speed or with a hand mixer until light and fluffy. 
  • Mix in the vanilla extract, white chocolate instant pudding, and one cup of powdered sugar at low speed. Continue to add the powdered sugar, one cup at a time.
  • Add 1-2 tablespoons of heavy cream and mix until your frosting reaches the perfect consistency. Decorate your favorite cakes and cupcakes.

Notes

  • Be sure to use cold butter and cream cheese so that they combine easily with the other ingredients.
  • You can add more or less powdered sugar depending on how sweet you want your frosting to be.
  • If your frosting is too thick, add a bit more heavy cream until it reaches the desired consistency.
  • For extra flavor, try adding 1 teaspoon of white chocolate
