Ingredients

  • 2 Medium Russet Potatoes
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons Peanut Oil
  • ½ Tablespoon Corn Starch
  • ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt

Instructions

  • Turn your air fryer to 400 degrees.
  • While the air fryer is preheating, cut each potato into wedges according to your desired thickness.
  • Add the potato wedges to a large bowl, or a ziplock bag. Add the peanut oil and shake or toss the potatoes to coat. Add the salt and cornstarch, as well as any seasonings (ideas below) and toss to coat again.
  • Place enough potato wedges in the basket of your air fryer to cover the bottom. Do not overcrowd.
  • Fry for 10 minutes, then flip over with tongs and cook another 5-7 minutes.

Notes

Spicy Potato Wedges- ½ teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon parsley flakes, ½ teaspoon chili powder, ½ teaspoon sea salt, ⅛ teaspoon ground black pepper
Parmesan Ranch Potato Wedges- 3 teaspoons Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning, 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Seasoned Potato Wedges- 1 teaspoon paprika, ½ teaspoon garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon onion powder, ½ teaspoon salt, ¼ teaspoon pepper.
