Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Rolled Oats
  • 1-2 Ripe Bananas
  • Cup Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • 2 Tablespoons Sweetener sugar, brown sugar, Splenda, honey, maple syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients, except the chocolate chips, to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Coat two ramekins with cooking spray and pour half of the oat batter into each.
  • Mix in the chocolate chips or sprinkle on top.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  • Serve immediately for best results!
