Sift or Whisk the flour, sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and malted milk together.
In a separate bowl, whisk the heavy cream, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla together.
Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and pour in the wet ingredients.
Mix them together with a silicone spatula to make sure you incorporate it all together. The Batter will be THICK.
Turn on your waffle iron. When it is ready, spray both sides with cooking spray and use a cookie scoop to add around 3 scoops of batter.
When the indicator light comes on, check your waffle for doneness. You'll want it to be a deep golden brown color. You might need to leave it in the waffle iron a little longer.
Remove them waffle from the iron by gently lifting a little bit of the waffle with a fork and sliding a plate under it.
