1. Cook the noodles according to package directions.
2. While the noodles are cooking, dice the chicken into bite-sized pieces and cook over medium-high heat until no pink remains.
3. Turn off the heat and pour the Teryaki sauce over the chicken to coat. Allow to rest while preparing the sauce.
4. In a saucepan over medium heat, add the vegetable oil, sesame oil, honey, soy sauce, ginger, peanut butter, rice vinegar, sweet chili sauce, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes.
5. Stir until all ingredients are combined. Add the drained noodles to the sauce.
6. Reduce heat to low and allow the noodles and sauce to cook until the sauce has reached the desired consistency, up to 10 minutes.
7. Add the noodles to a bowl, top with chicken, and garnish with chopped green onions.
