Ingredients

  • 6 Cups Popcorn
  • ½ Cup Honey
  • ¼ Cup Butter
  • Course Salt to taste

Instructions

  • Pop popcorn according to your favorite method and add to a large mixing bowl.
  • Mix honey and butter in a small saucepan and heat over low to medium heat, stirring constantly, until the butter is melted and the mixture is smooth.
  • Drizzle the honey mixture over the popcorn and stir to coat.
  • Pour the covered popcorn onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Sprinkle with a little course salt and bake at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Remove at the 5 minute mark and stir, then return to the oven.
  • Allow the popcorn to cool for at least 5 minutes before enjoying!
