Ingredients

Cake Mix Cookies

  • 2 Eggs
  • Cup Oil
  • 1 Red Velvet Cake Mix I used Betty Crocker
  • 1 Cup White Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • Mix together the oil, eggs, and cake mix in a stand mixer.
  • Stir in the white chocolate chips.
  • Use a 2 tablespoon cookie scoop to place the dough balls two inches apart on a parchment lined baking sheet.
  • Bake the cookies at 350° for 9-11 minutes.
  • Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and allow to cool completely.
