Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper diced
  • ½ Cup Beef Broth
  • 2-3 Tablespoons Steak Sauce
  • 2 Teaspoons Steak Seasoning
  • 12 Slices Provolone Cheese
  • 6 Sandwich Rolls toasted

Instructions

  • Brown the ground beef over medium heat until no longer pink.
  • Add the diced onion and green pepper and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Stir in the beef broth, A-1 sauce, and steak seasoning. Simmer over medium-low heat for about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add 6 slices of provolone to the meat mixture and stir until melted.
  • Spoon the beef mixture onto the toasted buns. Top with slices of provolone cheese.
