Ingredients

  • 1 Pre-Made Graham Cracker Crust
  • 8 Ounce Tub of Cool Whip
  • 12 Ounces Milk Chocolate

Instructions

  • Begin by melting 9-12 ounces of milk chocolate (Hershey Bar or chocolate chips) in a microwave-safe bowl at 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds until smooth and creamy. (Reserve one rectangle of the chocolate bar to make chocolate curls for the top of the pie.
  •  In a medium bowl, gently fold the thawed Cool Whip into the melted chocolate until fully incorporated.
  • Scoop the Cool Whip mixture into the store-bought crust and use a rubber spatula or off-set spatula to smooth the top.
  • If desired, grate the reserved chocolate square over the top of the pie with a small cheese grater or vegetable peeler, to add chocolate shavings as a decoration.
  • Refrigerate the pie for at least 3 hours before serving.
