Mounds Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 Box Brownie Mix
  • ½ Cup Oil or whatever measurement for your brownie mix
  • ¼ Cup Water or whatever measurement for your brownie mix
  • 1 Egg or whatever measurement for your brownie mix
  • 5 Cups Shredded Coconut
  • 14 Ounces Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Container Premade Chocolate Frosting

Instructions

  • Prepare and bake the brownies according to the package directions.
  • In a bowl, mix together the coconut and sweetened condensed milk. Spread evenly over the warm brownies.
  • Microwave the frosting at 50% power in 20 second intervals until pourable. Pours the frosting over the top of the brownies and refrigerate until set. Cut into bars.
