Taco Meat: Brown the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat.. Then add the tomato sauce and spices. Set aside.
Crispy Tortillas: Place the tortillas on a baking sheet and brush with vegetable oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes, then flip over and bake an additional 3-5 minutes until the tortillas have begun to brown.
Mexican Pizza Sauce: Pour the tomato sauce into a small bowl, add the spices and mix together.
Mexican Pizzas: Spread 2-3 tablespoons, of warmed refried beans on the bottom tortilla, then add 2-3 tablespoons of the seasoned ground beef mixture. Sprinkle 1-2 tablespoons of shredded cheese on top of the meat.
Place a second tortilla on top of the cheese and spread on 1-2 tablespoons of the Mexican pizza sauce.
Toppings: Add the cheese, diced tomatoes, black olives, and green onions on top of the sauce.
Bake the Mexican pizzas at 400 degrees for 8-10 minutes until the cheese is melted.
Remove from the oven and let them sit for a minute or two before cutting and serving.
