Ingredients

  • ½ Cup Butter
  • 16 Ounces Mini Marshmallows divided
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 6 Cups Lucky Charms Cereal

Instructions

  • Heat the butter and marshmallows (reserve 1 cup of marshmallows for later) in a large skillet over medium heat until both ingredients have melted. Remove the melted marshmallows from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Add the Lucky Charms cereal to the marshmallow mixture and gently stir with a large spoon until the cereal is coated, being careful not to over mix. 
  • Add the extra marshmallows and gently fold into the cereal mixture.
  • Pour the mixture into a 9x13 baking dish or jelly roll pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and spread the cereal to the edges of the pan in an even layer.
  • Allow the treats to cool completely, then cut them into squares and serve!

Notes

You can use Rice Krispies in place of Lucky Charms for the best Rice Krispie Treats ever!
