Instructions
In a medium bowl, whisk together the greek yogurt, water, egg, oil, and vanilla extract.
In a large bowl, combine the protein pancake mix with the chia seeds.
Add the egg mixture to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not over mix.
Spray a preheated waffle iron with non-stick spray or brush with oil. Then scoop the batter onto the waffle iron (the amount will differ by waffle iron) and close to cook waffle.
When the waffle is golden brown, remove and serve immediately or keep warm until ready to serve.
