Ingredients

  • 1 Loaf Chunky Cinnamon Bread
  • 4 Eggs
  • Cup Milk
  • ¼ Cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Caramel Syrup
  • ½ Cup Light Corn Syrup
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • ½ Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • Make or purchase a loaf of Chunky Cinnamon Bread and cut into 8 slices.
  • Add the eggs, milk, brown sugar, flour, and vanilla to a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Pour the batter into a shallow bowl, and dip each piece of cinnamon bread in the batter, covering both sides.
  • Place the French Toast pieces on a greased griddle that has been preheated to medium high heat.
  • Cook on both sides for 2-3 minutes until brown.
  • Caramel Syrup: Heat the corn syrup, brown sugar, and heavy cream over medium heat until the sugar has dissolved. Keep warm until ready to serve.
  • Top the Chunky Cinnamon French Toast with whipped cream, strawberries, and caramel syrup.
