Slice the rolls in half length-wise and lay the bottom half on a baking sheet or pan that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Layer on slices of ham, then salami, pepperoni, and provolone. Then add the sliced banana peppers. Replace the top bun and set aside.
