Ingredients
1
Large Scoop of Ice Cream
About ½-3/4 Cup
½
Cup
Pineapple Juice
2
Cups
Frozen Pineapple Chunks
Instructions
Add the ice cream to a powerful blender, or food processor, like my Ninja.
Measure the pineapple chunks and add them to the blender.
Pour in the pineapple juice.
Blend completely. You might need to stop the blender and push down the pineapple chunks a few times during blending.
If desired, add the Dole Whip to a large piping bag with a large star tip and place in the freezer for 30 minutes and pipe into an ice cream dish.
Serve with extra pineapple juice to create a Dole Whip Float.
