Easy Pancake Mix Banana Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Just Add Water Pancake Mix I used Krusteaz
  • 1 Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 2 Bananas mashed
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1 ¾ Cup Milk or Buttermilk

Instructions

  • Add the pancake mix and cinnamon to a medium bowl and whisk to combine.
  • Mash the bananas with a fork or a food processor and mix with the milk and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients (banana mixture) into the bowl of dry mixture and use a silicone spatula to gently mix the pancake batter. Do not over mix.
  • Add ¼ cup batter per pancake to a griddle heated to 350 degrees and sprayed with cooking spray or covered with melted butter.
  • After 2-3 minutes, when bubble begin to form on top of the pancakes, flip the golden pancakes over and cook for another 2-3 minutes until the pancakes are golden brown.
  • Keep them in a warm oven until ready to serve with your favorite toppings.
