Ingredients

  • 4 Eggs
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • ¼ Cup Coconut Flour
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter softened
  • 1 Tablespoon Stevia
  • 1 ½ Teaspoons Baking Powder
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  • Place the  eggs, softened cream cheese, coconut flour, and softened butter in a mixing bowl, food processor, or blender.
  • Add the stevia, baking powder, and vanilla extract to the bowl, food processor, or blender.
  • Mix all ingredients together until the batter is smooth.
  • Pour the batter onto a preheated waffle iron sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Remove the waffle from the iron and serve with your favorite low carb toppings.
