Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Milk
  • 1 Cup Quick Oats
  • 2 Tablespoons Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • 2 Teaspoons Sugar Sprinkles can substitute regular sugar
  • Berries for topping
  • Whipped Cream for topping

Instructions

  • Place the milk, quick oats, 2 tablespoons sugar, and vanilla extract in a medium saucepan.
  • Cook over medium-high heat until the oatmeal is to your desired thickness.
  • Pour the oatmeal into two oven safe bowls.
  • Place under the broiler of your oven for 1-2 minutes until the top begins to brown.
  • Top the oatmeal with berries, whipped cream and a splash of milk!
