Ingredients

  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 4 Ounces Cream Cheese softened
  • ½ Cup Sugar
  • 1 Can 14 Ounces Whole Berry Cranberry Sauce
  • 1 Can 20 ounces Crushed Pineapple, drained
  • 2 Cups Miniature Marshmallows
  • ¼ Cup Chopped Walnuts

Instructions

  • Use a stand mixer or hand mixer and a large bowl to whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
  • In a small bowl, beat together the cream cheese and sugar until smooth, then gently fold into the whipped cream.
  • In a separate bowl, mix the drained crushed pineapple and cranberry sauce. Fold the mixture into the whipped cream mixture.
  • Stir in walnuts and marshmallows, then refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving.
