Ingredients

  • 8 Ounces Elbow Macaroni
  • 1 Cup Mayonnaise Best Foods or Hellman's Brand
  • 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
  • 1-2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 1 Teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 Teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
  • 1 Cup Celery chopped
  • 1 Cup Green Pepper or Red Bell Pepper chopped
  • ¼ Cup Onion chopped

Instructions

  • Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and rinse the hot pasta with cold water until it is cool.
  • Combine the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a large serving bowl. 
  • Stir in the macaroni, chopped celery, chopped bell peppers, and chopped onion.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. For best results, serve the next day.
