- 8 Ounces Elbow Macaroni
- 1 Cup Mayonnaise Best Foods or Hellman's Brand
- 2 Tablespoons Vinegar
- 1-2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- ¼ Teaspoon Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Cup Celery chopped
- 1 Cup Green Pepper or Red Bell Pepper chopped
- ¼ Cup Onion chopped
Cook macaroni according to the package directions. Drain and rinse the hot pasta with cold water until it is cool.
Combine the mayonnaise, dijon mustard, sugar, salt, and black pepper in a large serving bowl.
Stir in the macaroni, chopped celery, chopped bell peppers, and chopped onion.
Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving. For best results, serve the next day.
