Spray loaf pans with cooking spray and dust with flour.
Mash your bananas with a fork or with a small food processor.
Add the eggs, oil, and mashed bananas to a mixing bowl and whisk together.
Sprinkle the cake mix over the wet ingredients and gently stir to combine, but don't over mix.
Divide the batter between the two loaf pans and bake at 350 degrees for 45-55 minutes, or until a knife inserted into the center comes out clean.
Remove the banana bread from the oven and allow to cool in the pans for 15 minutes.
Transfer the loaves to a cooling rack and allow to completely cool for 1-2 hours before slicing.
