1Can15 ounces White Beans, rinsed and drained
1Can14.5 ounces Petite Diced Tomatoes, undrained
¼-1/2CupBuffalo Wing Sauce
Instructions
Melt the butter in a medium saucepan. Add the chopped carrots and celery to the butter and sauté for 5 minutes until the vegetables begin to soften.
Cook the ground chicken or turkey with the carrots and celery until no longer pink. Once the meat is cooked through, add the beans, tomatoes, and chicken broth and mix together.
Add the spices, liquid smoke, Buffalo sauce, and bring to a boil.
Reduce the heat and allow to simmer for 15 minutes. Serve the chili with desired toppings.
