Introducing Baked Garlic Parmesan Chicken Alfredo, a comforting and family-friendly dish inspired by my Buffalo Wild Wings Garlic Parmesan Chicken Pasta made in a slow cooker. This version is made easily with pre-cooked chicken and store-bought Alfredo sauce, and is perfect for a quick weeknight dinner!
Cook the pasta according to the package directions. Drain.
In a large bowl, combine the cooked pasta, diced chicken, Alfredo sauce, Garlic Parmesan sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup of Parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add the reserved pasta water to moisten, if needed.
Transfer the pasta mixture to a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Spread evenly and sprinkle the top with the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan. Spray foil with nonstick spray and cover the dish. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 350 degrees. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes then remove. Let the pasta cool for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
