Open the can of premade cinnamon rolls and press one roll into each muffin cup of a muffin tin that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Place a scoop of apple pie filling into the center of each cinnamon roll.
Streusel Topping: Whisk together the flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle the butter over the dry ingredients and mix with a fork or a whisk until crumbs begin to form. Do not over mix or the streusel will become pasty. Sprinkle over the apple pie filling.
Bake the cinnamon rolls at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the edges of the cinnamon rolls begin and the streusel begin to turn brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transfering to a cooling rack. Drizzle with the included icing, if desired.
