Ingredients

  • 2 Cans 8 Count Pillsbury Cinnamon Rolls
  • 1 Can 20 Ounces Apple Pie Filling
  • 1 ¼ Cups All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ Cup Brown Sugar
  • Cup Sugar
  • ½ Teaspoon Cinnamon
  • ¼ Teaspoon Salt
  • 6 Tablespoons Butter melted

Instructions

  • Open the can of premade cinnamon rolls and press one roll into each muffin cup of a muffin tin that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Place a scoop of apple pie filling into the center of each cinnamon roll.
  • Streusel Topping: Whisk together the flour, brown sugar, sugar, cinnamon, and salt. Drizzle the butter over the dry ingredients and mix with a fork or a whisk until crumbs begin to form. Do not over mix or the streusel will become pasty. Sprinkle over the apple pie filling.
  • Bake the cinnamon rolls at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes until the edges of the cinnamon rolls begin and the streusel begin to turn brown. Allow to cool for 5 minutes in the pan before transfering to a cooling rack. Drizzle with the included icing, if desired.
