Beat the butter and sugar together with a hand mixer or stand mixer until light and fluffy.
Beat in the eggs, vanilla, almond extract, and coconut extract.
Add the flour, salt, and baking powder. Mix until combined.
Stir in the coconut, chocolate chips and almonds.
Use a cookie scoop to drop the cookie dough onto a parchment lined baking sheet.
Bake at 375 degrees for 9-11 minutes or until lightly browned.
Cool for 1 minute on the baking sheet before moving to a cooling rack.
