Place the chicken in a ziplock bag and add ½ cup of milk and 1 cup pickle juice. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
In a medium bowl, combine flour, breadcrumbs, powdered sugar, garlic powder, paprika, salt and pepper. Beat the eggs and ¼ cup of milk in separate medium bowl.
Drain the chicken marinade use tongs to dip the chicken pieces in the flour mixture and coat evenly. Then dip in the egg mixture, followed by a second coating of flour.
Arrange the chicken nuggets in a single layer in the air fryer basket sprayed with cooking spray. Fry at 400 degrees for 7-8 minutes, flipping half way.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce!
