Ingredients

  • 8 Ounce Tub of Cool Whip
  • 9-12 Ounces Milk Chocolate
  • Optional Toppings: Graham Cracker Crumbs Sprinkles, Peppermint, Oreo Crumbs, Toffee Pieces, Crushed Butterfinger, etc

Instructions

  • Melt chocolate by adding it to a large microwave-safe bowl and microwave at 50% power for one minute. Stir the chocolate and microwave again at 50% power for 30 seconds. Stir, and if the chocolate has not completely melted, heat in 30-second intervals until it is smooth.
  • Fold the thawed Cool Whip into the melted chocolate until completely incorporated in a large bowl with a silicone spatula until it looks like a chocolate mousse-like mixture.
  • Use a two tablespoon cookie scoop and scoop the chocolate mixture onto a parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • After 30 minutes, remove the candies from the freezer and roll in your desired toppings. Place candy back on the baking sheet and continue to freeze.
  • Allow the Cool Whip candy to freeze for at least one hour, to allow it to set up, before serving.
