Ingredients

Baked Ziti

  • 1 ½ Packages about 24 ounces Ziti Pasta, uncooked
  • 2 24 Ounce Jars Marinara Sauce
  • 1 15 Ounce Jar Alfredo Sauce
  • 2 Cups Shredded Mozzarella divided
  • ½ Cup Ricotta Cheese
  • ½ Cup Shredded Provolone Cheese
  • ½ Cup Grated Romano Cheese

Crunchy Topping

  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
  • ¼ Cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1 Garlic Cloves minced
  • 1 Tablespoons Olive Oil

Instructions

  • Cook and drain the pasta al dente, according to the package directions.
  • White the pasta is cooking, combine the marinara sauce, Alfredo sauce, 1 cup of mozzarella, ricotta, provolone, and Romano cheese in a large skillet or sauce pan over medium heat. When the cheese has melted, stir in the cooked ziti.
  • Pour the pasta mixture into a 9x13 baking dish that has been lightly sprayed with nonstick cooking spray. Sprinkle the remaining 1 cup of mozzarella cheese over the top.
  • Topping: Stir the Parmesan, bread crumbs, garlic, and olive oil together in a small mixing bowl. Sprinkle the topping mixture over the mozzarella covered pasta.
  • Bake the pasta uncovered at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes until the top has turned golden brown. Let rest for 10 minutes before serving in individual bowls. Top with more Parmesan and chopped parsley or basil if desired.
