Ingredients
2cans14.5 oz each Diced Tomatoes any variety
2cans14 oz each Tomato Sauce
1CupWater
¾cupGreek Yogurt or Sour Cream
½cupParmesan Cheesegrated
2TablespoonsItalian Seasoning
1 ½TablespoonsSugar
2TeaspoonsChicken Bouillongranulated
1 ½TeaspoonsSalt
1teaspoonGarlic Powder
½TeaspoonOnion Powder
¼ - ½TeaspoonBlack Pepper
¼ - ½TeaspoonRed Pepper Flakes
Instructions
Add all of the ingredients to a countertop blender or food processor (or use and immersion blender) and pulse until the soup reaches your desired consistency. If the soup is too thick, add a little water, vegetable broth, or chicken broth to thin it out.
Pour the tomato soup mixture to a soup pot and heat over medium heat until warmed, stirring occasionally.
Divide the hot soup into individual bowls and serve with a piece of bread or grilled cheese sandwiches!
