Ingredients

  • 1 12 ounce Package Wide Egg Noodles
  • 2 Cups Cooked Chicken Breast chopped
  • 8 Ounces Cooked Ham cubed
  • 2 Cups Swiss cheese shredded
  • 2 10.5 ounce Cans Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Cup Sour Cream
  • 3 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
  • 2 Tablespoons Butter melted
  • ½ Cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the egg noodles al dente according to the package directions.
  • Combine the milk, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, dijon mustard. If desired, add some salt and black pepper for a little extra flavor. Stir in Swiss cheese, cooked ham, cooked chicken and egg noodles.
  • Pour the creamy chicken casserole mixture into a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Mix the melted butter, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese together in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown. 
  • Serve with a side green salad for an easy dinner.
