Cook the egg noodles al dente according to the package directions.
Combine the milk, sour cream, cream of chicken soup, dijon mustard. If desired, add some salt and black pepper for a little extra flavor. Stir in Swiss cheese, cooked ham, cooked chicken and egg noodles.
Pour the creamy chicken casserole mixture into a 9x13 baking dish that has been sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Mix the melted butter, breadcrumbs, and parmesan cheese together in a small bowl and sprinkle over the top of the casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until golden brown.
Serve with a side green salad for an easy dinner.
