Ingredients

  • 1 Pound Ground Beef
  • 3 Tablespoons Taco Seasoning one packet
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 1 Can Beef Broth
  • 1 Can Enchilada Sauce
  • 2 Cans Rotel
  • 1 Can Black Beans
  • 1 Can Chili Beans
  • 1 Jar Salsa Con Queso Dip
  • ½ Cup Sour Cream

Instructions

  • In a large pan, cook the ground beef with tablespoon of oil over medium-high heat until browned and no longer pink.
  • Sprinkle the taco seasoning and chili powder over the beef and stir. Add the beef broth, Rotel, black beans and chili beans. Bring to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
  • Add the salsa con queso dip and sour cream. Stir until heated through.
  • Serve with toppings like sour cream, avocado, jalapenos, shredded cheese and chopped green onions.
